School Aged Immunisation Programme

Cumbria School-Aged Immunisation Service
The Cumbria School-Aged Immunisation Service offers a range of vaccinations in schools and community clinics across the county to help protect children and young people from serious illnesses. Vaccinations include:

  • Flu (nasal spray or injection): Reception to Year 11 (up to age 17 in SEND schools), September–December, with catch-up clinics until January.
  • Td/IPV & Men ACWY (teenage boosters): Year 9, with catch-ups for Years 10–11, January–March.
  • HPV: Year 8, with catch-ups for Years 9–10, April–July.
  • MMR: Year 9, June–July, with catch-ups throughout the year.
