We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

Our practice has an active patient participation group.

The patient participation group are a group of our patients who are interested in being involved in the issues that affect patient care and are keen to suggest ideas and provide constructive feedback regarding our practice and the services we provide. Being a member of the patient participation group means that you will be asked to complete occasional online surveys and you may also be contacted to ask for your views on a variety of practice issues and developments.

In addition, if you would also like the opportunity to discuss your ideas and suggestions in person, we will be holding quarterly patient participation group meetings at the practice with the Practice Manager and/or GPs. However the level of your involvement is entirely up to you and any participation is greatly appreciated!
