In addition to NHS services, some requests fall outside our NHS contract and attract a fee. These are known as private or non-NHS services and include items such as insurance reports, medical examinations, private letters, fitness certificates, and the completion of certain forms.
Our clinicians undertake this work in addition to their NHS responsibilities, and requests are processed as capacity allows. As NHS patient care must always remain our priority, there may be occasions when we are unable to undertake certain private work requests.
