COVID vaccination certification
We are unable to issue this certificate at the practice.
Please see the Gov.uk website for further information.
Proof of your vaccination status will be available on the NHS app, which is also valuable for accessing your health records and ordering repeat prescriptions.
The NHS app can be downloaded from here for iPhone or here for android.
Alternatively, you can call the NHS helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you’ve completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may to take up to 5 days to reach you.
Latest updates regarding the vaccination programme in Eden
For all the latest information regarding the vaccination programme in Eden, please visit our Eden Primary Care Network Facebook page at: www.facebook.com/TeamEdenPCN
Please note that you do not need a Facebook account to view the content. However if you do have a Facebook account we highly recommend following the Eden Primary Care Network Facebook page, as it contains all the latest news and updates regarding the vaccines and when the next patient cohorts are likely to be vaccinated in Eden.
Please remember, the COVID vaccine is only available on the NHS & is free of charge. If you receive an email, text or a call claiming to be from the NHS & you are asked to provide financial details, or pay for the vaccine, this is a scam.
