Patient Notice - Network issues at the Practice Posted on 14 Jul 2020

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing network issues at the Practice. Consequently we are currently unable to access our patient management system, including patient records and our appointment books.

If you were expecting a call from a Clinician this afternoon, please contact the practice on 017683 71369 to re-arrange.

If you require medical assistance out of surgery hours please call 111.

We have been informed by our IT service desk that the network issue is currently affecting multiple NHS services and we apologise for any inconvenience this causes. The NHS IT team are working hard to fix the issue and we hope to have it resolved soon. We will update you accordingly.


UPDATE: 14th July 2020

We have been informed by NHS IT that the network issues have now been resolved. Consequently normal service has now resumed at the Practice. Thank you for your patience during this time.
